Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Not a sale item or marked as final sale
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@delneiro.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, simply return your original order and place a new one.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to wear and tear
Return Shipping
For orders within the UAE, return shipping is complimentary. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
